持ち物リスト - The Packing List

何ヶ月もかかって買い集めた南米旅に持っていく物もバックパックに詰めると大した量ではないように思える・・・。・・・がしかし、重さを測ると・・・

This packing list was the result of a LOT of research and planning.. I've done a lot of backpacking and sometimes I've gone months on end with nothing but the things in my bag.  I've also had the experience of backing badly and squeezing out half my toothpaste and throwing away various unnecessaries. 

Our goal for South America (incl. Inca Trail) was for ultimate utility.  We spared no expense and got really, really good quality stuff!  We did hunt around for good prices and bought a bunch of this stuff online.

These are the final weights (see below for complete list)

☆マイクのバックパック(Mike's backpack): 10kg

と１才くらいの赤ちゃんを毎日背負うというような感じになりました。
スーツケースなら海外旅行行くとたぶん20kgとか平気で行くんだろうけど・・
車輪のおかげで楽々運べるから・・ Kaori will be carrying around a screaming one-year-old's worth of weight..

とにかくバックパックは背負い方によっては体に負担はあまりかからないみたいで。
（⇒なるべく身体にピッタリするよう背負う、重さを肩ではなくお尻の上に乗せる感じで背負う、など） 
がんばりますっ。
